A Judge Who Has Always Called Madison County Home
Judge Patrick G. King was born and raised right here in Madison County. A product of Marquette Catholic High School, the University of Missouri, and Thomas M. Cooley Law School — where he graduated cum laude alongside his wife, Stephanie — Patrick has spent his entire career in service to this community.
He built MillerKing LLC, where he and Stephanie practiced law together. He served as mediator, arbitrator, guardian ad litem for children and the disabled, and attorney for local municipalities — experience that spans every corner of the law.
In February 2025, the Illinois Supreme Court unanimously appointed him as Circuit Judge. He brings the same commitment to excellence to the bench every day.
